The audio/video recording feature is neat for proof of service. Easy to use while driving. It's just packed with other great features. I really like the sound alert which you can turn on/off as well as the name of the person scrolling across the top of the app when they login, along with showing a clever font colour that shows the user is on the booking form and I should expect a trip request soon.

The live tracking and trip updates are very helpful during busy hours. Also, being able to send SMS messages to the rider with the click of a button. No trying to text and drive, you just use the already formatted messages or add my own to send via SMS.
